Refunds Policy
If It's Our Fault. . .
Streaming live video is not yet an exact science, it's not even an art form. StreamNet Sports provides the server channels to the arena, and guidance to the people that operate the camera, the computer, and call the show. If there is a fault on their end we don't feel we've failed on our part.We provide a 'preview' channel to each team to use as a pre-game show to test the link. If you can see that link okay, you shouldn't have a problem with the live PPV feed. Some of the teams don't see the need to use that channel... they just go live from the PPV channel. That makes it a bit difficult to assure our PPV ticket holders that their browers can pick up a signal. For them, we suggest you click over to Races On The Web and look for the introduction stream on that page. If you can see it ... you're good to go.
So, here's the refunds policy. If we post a ticket for sale and for some reason it works out that the feed just isn't available we process a refund as soon as we realize that fact. If you buy the ticket and forget to watch... well, watch the feed as a rerun - your ticket is good for 24 hours. If you purchase a ticket and then find out that your browser has a problem... well, we DID ask that you check two channels before you purhased, didn't we? Email your questions to;
